Visit the many chocolate boutique booths throughout the rotunda who make up the heart of the Toronto Luxury Chocolate Show. From chocolates to desserts, you will find and discover a select number of new chocolate tastes made by some of Canada's emerging Chocolate Stars. They will be on hand to answer your questions and possibly give you a sampling of their creations. Doctor Kerry Beal, "The Chocolate Doctor", will show you how to prepare chocolate goodies. FREE Classes will run four times during the day in 40 minute intervals downstairs. Look for signs guiding you to this feature in the South Lobby where you must register to attend on a first come first serve basis. Each class is limited to approximately 30 people. Watch the artistry of top chocolatiers demonstrate how to make truffles and chocolate creations from scratch -- effortlessly and affordably. Demonstrations will run periodically throughout the show from noon to 6 pm. See schedule posted at side stage. Click here for more info
What chocolate goes with what wine? Instead of sit-down chocolate and wine pairing sessions, this year we have invited some of the country's finest wineries to join us in our Chocolate and Wine Tasting Salon located on the upper pods. Here you can sample wines with the chocolate that tastes best as a pairing. Sampling tickets will be available at the bottom of the stairs leading to the pods. Another one of our "Chocolate Stars" Chef Royce Li, head chocolatier for Shoko Chocolates, will be on hand to take questions regarding his magnificent "CHOCOLATE (TERRA COTTA) WARRIORS".
